11. Word & PowerPoint Add-in
Clone Voice Translator is also available as an add-in for Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, so you can generate speech, translate text, and use your voice clones without leaving your document.
11.1 Installing the Add-in
You can install it either way:
- Get it from Microsoft AppSource.
- Or, in Word or PowerPoint, go to Insert > Add-ins, search for “clone voice”, and add it.
It works in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint on both desktop and the web. Sign in with your Clone Voice Translator account to use your voices.
11.2 What You Can Do
- Read aloud: select text in your document and have it read in your cloned voice.
- Translate & speak: translate selected text into another language and hear it in your voice.
- Manage voices: create and use your voice clones from inside the document.
A Read Aloud option is also available from the right-click context menu for quick playback of selected text.
Tip: Your account, voices, and plan are shared between the website and the add-in — create a voice once and use it in both.
