Both apps have had a substantial update, and the plans behind them now match what we publish. On iPhone and Android alike, this release is about knowing what you have — in your own language.

Every Screen, In Your Language

Translation used to stop at the edges of the apps. It no longer does.

All seven languages, everywhere — Japanese, Spanish, French, Korean, Chinese and Arabic alongside English
Including the screens you meet first — sign-in, password reset, and the microphone permission prompts are translated too
Both apps explain why they need your microphone before asking for access

Your Voices, Under Your Control

A voice clone used to be something you made and then lost track of.

See every clone you have made in one place, and remove any you no longer need
Name your voice when you create it, instead of being given an automatic timestamp
Your list shows only your own clones, and deleting one asks for confirmation first
Cleaner controls on iPhone — the settings and reset buttons no longer sit on top of the language and voice menus, and rows keep a steady height with longer voice names

Clearer When Something Goes Wrong

The apps tell you what actually happened rather than showing a generic failure
“Busy” and “you have reached your limit” are now different messages — if voice cloning is briefly at capacity you are asked to try again shortly, rather than shown something that looks like your fault

Plan Limits That Match What We Publish

Business now includes 500,000 characters a month, up from the 360,000 it had been granting
Voice clones on a paid plan are kept for as long as your plan is active — the apps and the web now describe this the same way
Business includes five voice clones, as published. Existing Business subscribers keep the ten they have.

Behind The Scenes

Voice cloning had a run of failures caused by shared capacity filling up. Expired trial voices are now released properly, paid capacity is protected from trial demand, and the account is monitored so it cannot quietly fill again.
